From 18/08/2017 to 14/11/2023 :

All around: cooking 2x (morning/evening), washing, cleaning, ironing everyday, marketing

with employer, take care of Ahma 89yo (until 95yo),She suffers from dementia; after

falling, she walks slowly. Helper helps her carry or transfer to a wheelchair, shower,

change diapers, dress, and prepare meals (curry, soup, rendang & other foods she likes).

Helper also gives her medicine three times a day, gets massages twice a week, exercises

her leg, bring her walks around in park with a walking stick, and takes her to the doctor for

a checkup using public transportation.

Every activity on Ahma is reported by the helper to the employer. The employer

trusted the helper, so no CCTV was installed, despite the helper's request.

helper share rooms/sleep with Ahma, bring her go to toilet for urine, clean poo & give

water at midnight, Ahma wakes up 2-3 times every night.

The employer & families member and helper get along great. Six years of helper

never took home leave. She made the decision to go back to see family. They still

give her the option to return to work if the helper is required to work again.

Helper loves cooking, she can prepare delicious Indonesian meals and she also

enjoys cooking for her employer's family during holidays like Hari Raya or New

Year's.

Stay at HDB flat (3bedrooms/2toilets) with 5 family members (Sir/Madam/Ahma/2

Present : All around:cooking, washing, cleaning, ironing, take care of Madam 64yo (she suffers

cancer & very weak). The helper began working with the family while the madam was still

in the hospital, and the doctor approved the patient's discharge once she had a caregiver.

When the helper arrived, Tan Tock Sheng Hospital nurse trained helper in medicine

administration, how to administer injections to her stomach, and how to manage her

madam daily activity at home.

At-home helper assists with bathing & do the personal hygiene for her madam, changing

diapers, administering medication, preparing meals, carrying and moving her to a chair,

and accompany her all the times.

Two weeks prior to madam death, madam was admitted to the hospital, and every

day from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., helper went to hospital accompany her.

The employer and the helper get along well. Sir remarks that helper is obedient and a

very caring person.
